WHY EUROJACKPOT IS WORTH PLAY?

EuroJackpot is an interesting European lottery that has gained increasing popularity across the globe. Although it is often in the shadow of EuroMillions, the exciting EuroJackpot draws, relatively favorable odds, and generous jackpots make it a preferable pick for your lottery play. Here are a few highlights on those features that make it worth playing.

  1. Exciting Eurojackpot Draws

EuroJackpot is a game that is easy to play and you can purchase official EuroJackpot tickets from the confines of your room. For the draws, you fill out your ticket forms with five random numbers from a range of 1-50 and also two additional numbers known as the Euro Numbers within a 1-10 range.

To win EuroJackpot you have to match all five main numbers and the two extra numbers and the jackpot is yours. When your numbers are partial matches in a draw, you stand a chance to qualify for any of the 11 tiers of secondary prizes. To affirm this claim, verify the latest Eurojackpot results and winning numbers.

But what in particular makes this lottery so exciting? What about EuroJackpot has so many people from across the globe eager to play?

The fact that EuroJackpot was designed to allow players to win much more often compared to other big lotteries makes it worth a try.

  1. Favorable Odds

To play EuroJackpot, you must choose five main numbers within a range of 1 to 50, with two additional numbers, known as Euro Numbers, within a range of 1 to 10. When you match all the numbers, you will win the EuroJackpot jackpot! The EuroJackpot gives many generous secondary prizes as well for partially matched draws.

One of the most moments to play EuroJackpot is when the lottery has hit a jackpot cap of €90 million. Though the jackpot cannot increase further, more prize money is rolled over to winning tickets in the following highest prize division. This offers you even greater odds of winning a huge lottery prize.

You must note that the EuroJackpot jackpot is the same in all participating countries but, secondary prize amounts can differ by country depending on the number of winners, local lottery taxes, and other reasons.

  1. Generous Jackpots

EuroJackpot had a record-breaking rollover streak in 2018 when got to the jackpot cap of €90 million. It continued to offer an amazing prize for six additional draws. Within that period, the excess prize money rolled over to the second division which then gave out at least €20,000,000 to players who matched the five main EuroJackpot numbers and just one Euro Number in each of those draws. Finally, two tickets bought in Germany in July 2016 completely matched the five main numbers and the two Euro Numbers and shared the jackpot. Each winner had €45 million to himself. Besides, 24-second division prizes of €999,914.60 were given out in that draw.

The jackpot cap was hit again in November 2018 and the €90 million prizes were shared among five winning tickets. Each winner was awarded a prize of €18 million.

In a draw on 10 May 2019, with a €90 million jackpot again available to be won, two tickets landed the winning numbers and shared the prize. Each winner from Poland and North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany won €45 million. This was the peak lottery prize ever won in Poland. In another draw, eleven players matched the five main numbers and one of the additional Euro Numbers to win EuroJackpot's second division prize. Players from Denmark, Spain, Czech Republic (2), and German (7) each won €994,790.

A record EuroJackpot payout of €91,938,695 was awarded to a single ticket bought in Finland in the draw on 23 August 2019. The prize amount was more than EuroJackpot's jackpot cap of €90 million since the winner had bought a systematic ticket, which also had two 5+1 wins and many wins in other prize divisions.

From the above records of mouth watery winnings in several lower divisions of a draw in Eurojackpot, you can conclude that there are more chances of winning in the Eurojackpot lottery. A lottery game that games you more chances of winning is one that is worth playing. After all, what is the use of playing a game if not to win?
